RT9161/RT9161A

RT9161/A 是輸出電壓固定的低壓差線性穩壓器，在全負載範圍內的靜態電流消耗大約為 110μA，其寬輸入電壓範圍可覆蓋大部分應用的需要，內建的電流限制和熱限制功能可抵禦多種應用中的故障狀態。為方便使用，RT9161/A 使用常見的三端封裝如 SOT-223(300mA)、SOT-89(300mA)、SOT-223(500mA) 和 TO-92 供貨。
